Tenants will have their preference when paying rent. However, we push to receive rent weekly (paid weekly in advance) and pay it out fortnightly.

Maintenance issues are efficiently addressed through our business email or phone number. We promptly assess what maintenance needs to be completed and schedule repairs with our ready available team of licensed contractors.

We get in prompt contact with the tenant and efficiently try to remedy. However, if this is not rectified, we serve the tenant with a rental arrears notice, and may seek further tribunal action.

When selecting tenants we use tenant screening software alongside our extensive tenant selecting experience. We select tenants that will provide the best care for the property and overall make the tenancy process seamless.
